HOW TO CONSOLIDATE ORDERS FROM THE SAME VENDOR

You can choose to buy the product at the same vendor by:
Step 1: Select the product to buy and click "Add to cart".
Step 2: Click on the store name to continue buying other products of the same vendor and click "Add to cart".
Step 3: Click the "View cart" button to check the order information (quantity, price, product units) and select "Checkout". You then proceed to the next steps to complete the ordering and consolidation process.
Note: For orders that have been successfully placed, please contact the seller directly for assistance with order consolidation. In case the seller agrees to combine the order, the free shipping amount that you used when ordering will not be returned.

HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?
To cancel your order, please follow these instructions: 1) In case of accessing to Sendo website: Step 1: Log in to your Sendo account. Step 2: In the top right corner of the screen, please click on your name. Then continue to click on "Order Information". Step 3: Select the "Waiting for confirmation" section. Step 4: At the order you want to cancel, click the "Cancel" button, choose the reason and continue to cancel. 2) Use case of Sendo application: Step 1: Log in to your Sendo account. Step 2: In the bottom right corner of the screen, press the "Account" button. Then continue to click on "Orders". Step 3: Click on "Waiting for confirmation". Step 4: At the order you want to cancel, click the "Cancel" button, choose the reason and continue to cancel. Note: You can cancel orders only if the seller has not confirmed it. For orders that have been confirmed by the seller, Sendo unfortunately cannot assist you to cancel the order because the carrier has / is shipping to you. When the product is delivered, please receive the goods to help Sendo.
