TRANSACTION PROVISIONS

1. Process for shoppers: There are 2 ways to transact

+ Method 1: Online payment via Senpay.vn payment gateway (online payment gateway of GATE service Joint Stock Company) SenPay.vn supports payment in many forms such as: online completely with ATM cards of banks domestic goods (Vietcombank, Techcombank, EximBank, VietinBank, ACB ...) International cards (ViSa, Master), Offline bank transfer via banks (VietComBank, Techcombank, EximBank, .....) or pay by SenPay.vn account balance

Step 1: Customers order;

Step 2: Customers make payment via online payment gateway SenPay.vn

Step 3: Sendo.vn confirm the goods information from the shop owner;

Step 4: Store owner delivers goods;

Step 5: Customers receive and check

Step 6: Customers are satisfied and go to the Order Management page of http://www.sendo.vn to confirm the Completion of orders. Within 3 days after the item has arrived at the buyer, if the customer still does not confirm completion, the system will automatically complete this order.

Step 7: After the order is completed, Sendo.vn will proceed to transfer money to the Senpay account of the seller.

+ Method 2: Pay when receiving goods via COD service:

Step 1: Customers order;

Step 2: Sendo.vn call to confirm customers' orders.

Step 3: Shop owner confirms order information.

Step 4: Store owner shipping.

Step 5: Customers receive and check.

Step 6: Customer pays cash for delivery staff and signs for confirmation.

Step 7: Customers are satisfied and go to the Order Management page of http://www.sendo.vn to confirm the Completion of orders. Within 3 days after the item has arrived at the buyer, if the customer still does not confirm completion, the system will automatically complete this order.

2. Process for sellers / posting

Step 1: Log into Sendo.vn with your new account or account types: yahoo; facebook, Google

Step 2: Click the "Open shop" button to continue.

Step 3: Fill shop information, complete and accurate. After completing the above steps, the shop has been successfully created, the system will send to the shop the ID number of the Shop.

Step 4: Perform confirmation of Shop registration information via SMS.

Step 5: Posting products for sale (at least 5 approved products)
